I have been coming here for the last couple years and it is always such a warm welcoming environment. Service and pricing are great. My hair stylist Berenice is so sweet and is in with the latest styles and shows so we always have a good conversation while she does my hair. They work with my busy work schedule and even took me last minute to get a hair cut. I referred 2 of my sisters Isabel and Becca and both of them also enjoyed their experience here. Most salons can be rude, expensive and have poor customer service but not here, I will continue to come here monthly for my usual dye job and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new salon to come here, you won’t regret it😊 oh I totally forgot I had also brought my mom to dye her greys, she was so happy after and felt like a new woman. I had originally wanted a light pink but my hair couldn’t lighten so Sarahi was quick to find the solution !! I had a great experience at New Concepts by Halo Salon! I called the morning of and they were able to fit me in later that same day, which I really appreciated. Sarahi did my hair and she was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I knew I wanted a trim but wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted, and she took the time to give thoughtful suggestions.

I absolutely love my haircut—my hair looks beautiful and healthy. I struggle with frizz, and she recommended switching to a hydrating shampoo and using hair oil instead of an anti-frizz shampoo, and my hair has never looked healthier. I went to Paulina for my first in-salon hair dye experience (having previously only used those cheap $10 box dyes), and I am absolutely thrilled with the results of my purple-red balayage 😍 It's always a little nerve-wracking taking the plunge on an expensive and dramatic hair treatment, so I really appreciated Paulina's willingness to explain the process and answer all my questions during our initial consultation.

I absolutely recommend Paulina for any color service. I got a Violet red balayage and it is so vibrant and my hair is still soft!
I started coming to her a year ago and I haven't looked back. Added plus that her blowouts are the best 10/10

Everybody here is really nice, but Catalina is nice and she did an amazing job on my hair today!!! It’s a chill vibe. I was able to get a same day appointment and I showed her a photo of what I wanted. I had long black hair and I went super short blonde. I’m so excited how it turned out.I think everyone is bilingual here too which is great.
